Sampler Systems

The APLI ² automated sampling systems have been designed to accurately and reliably create composite samples from a pipeline batch stream.  Remote access and on-site intelligence allow for reliable unattended operation.

Haze Tracker®

The Haze Tracker® (HT2) is an online instrument used to track the clarity of the product being transported.  This instrument simulates the Pipeline Haze Rating System, providing continuous (4 seconds) updates of product integrity via a CRT.

Rapid Flash® 2

The Rapid Flash® (RF2) online Flashpoint Analyzer to measure various grades of fuel oil, kerosene and type A jet fuel.  The instrument performs a flash point reading every 30 to 40 seconds.  The unit can be operated locally or remotely for batch interface cutting or transmix injection.  Superior reliability makes it a perfect choice for batch trending.

Rapid Flash®  Recovery System

The RS1 or RS2 is an optional addition to the Rapid Flash® system and is designed to re-inject the fuel used by the unit, eliminating unwanted fuel in the station sump system.

Skidded Systems/Control Centers

The above instruments are combined into an instrument group for one or more pipelines in a prefabricated building.  All systems are assembled at the factory for testing and customer training.  Once the system is completed, it can be transported to the customer's facility for connection to the pipeline.

Fast Loop Systems

Fast Loop systems “bring the pipeline to the instrument” allowing for more strategic location of equipment. The Fast Loop systems utilize Additive Systems Inc. magnetic drive high system pressure (2800 psig) pump for reliable leak free operation.
